Jill Maura Rabin, an award-winning physician, is a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra Northwell, Vice Chair for Education and Development at North Shore University Hospital and LIJ Medical Center/Northwell Health, Co-Chief of Ambulatory Care in OBGYN/Northwell Health, and Section Head of Urogynecology at LIJ/Northwell.

Dr. Rabin, a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, is an active researcher, consultant, lecturer, and media spokesperson. She holds eight patents and one copyright for urogynecologic medical devices, including a confidence-building incontinence pad, a pessary for treating vaginal prolapse, and a finger protector for surgeons. In recognition of her professional accomplishments, she has received many awards and honors including the excellence in teaching award from the Association of Professors in Gynecology and Obstetrics. Widely published, she has authored four books on women’s health.

As a physician, Dr. Rabin is passionate about improving the lives of women by providing them with quality healthcare and up-to-the-minute medical information. As a teacher, she is dedicated to enhancing and enriching the medical education of her students through progressive curriculum development and active membership.
