Scott Rombach is an entrepreneur and CEO with over 20 years of experience as a proven leader within the technology industry. Inspired by a passion for healthcare innovation and his own battle with cancer, he founded Specialist Direct to improve the speed and accuracy of medical diagnosis in order to deliver superior patient outcomes and to help save lives.

Formerly, at PeopleSoft, Inc., a $2 billion enterprise software corporation, Scott served on a worldwide team assembled to launch the company’s entry into the analytic applications market. He regularly teamed with global consulting partners to staff PeopleSoft implementation projects within Fortune 500 companies. With Armstrong Laing, Scott drove the sales and marketing that enabled this United Kingdom-headquartered start-up to become one of the U.S. market leaders in activity-based management, cost-accounting applications.

He has served as a board member of South Central Scholars, a nonprofit whose mission is to enable high achieving, underrepresented students to reach their potential. He also served as a senior trainer with Dale Carnegie of Southern Los Angeles, an organization that specializes in leadership training.

Scott Rombach has an MBA from Georgia State University and a BA in Marketing from Michigan State University. He is fluent in Spanish.
