Nicole Andrews is the Board Chair of STAAR Ovarian Cancer, the only US-based non-profit dedicated to low-grad serous ovarian cancer to advance research opportunities in the U.S. In 2020, Nicole found out that she had a rare cancer, Stage III Primary Low Grade Serous Ovarian and Stage III Primary Low Grade Serous Peritoneal Cancer. Through her work with STAAR and global partner Cure Our Ovarian Cancer, Nicole is working to ensure researchers receive the resources they need to improve outcomes in women who have been diagnosed with this cancer.
