Dr. Andrew Meikle, Founder, CEO, and Executive Chairman of The Fertility Partners, a network of leading fertility practices with the goal of building a shared intel and best practices to support families, discusses growth in fertility medicine, trends in clinical needs, and how being a part of the network supports clinicians and enables them to focus on patients. 

Dr. Andrew Meikle is a Healthcare executive who has dedicated his professional life to supporting healthcare doctors and their teams to perform at the highest level so that they can deliver exceptional patient care. He is extremely passionate about contributing to increasing social, physical, emotional and mental/intellectual health and well-being. His personal mission is simply to help people.As a practicing entrepreneurial dentist for twenty years, he realized early on that the business function in healthcare practices can enhance clinical objectives, treatment outcomes and the patient experience.To that end he co-founded dentalcorp in 2011, now the largest network of leading dental practitioners and clinics in Canada with over 400 locations across the country and one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed companies since 2014. dentalcorp was sold to a US private equity firm for $1.7 billion in 2018. Andrew also co-founded DC Institute, an e-learning platform committed to training, development and furthering excellence in dentistry.Dr. Meikle founded The Fertility Partners- his third healthcare company- with all these principles in mind. His passion for family, for helping people and excellence in healthcare, made it a natural fit to support Fertility specialists in their pursuit of exceptional patient journeys, world best clinical outcomes and creating families. He has a high Emotional Quotient and is guided by strong values. Andrew believes that when we use our values to guide our decisions, we make a deliberate choice to focus on what is important to us and our organization. Moreover, he believes that when values are shared, they build internal cohesion in a group such that the team performs at the highest most rewarding level of achievement. He is most often described as a nice guy.  Andrew’s education includes an MBA (The Rotman School of Management, UofT), a DDS (Howard University) and a BSc. Physiology (Western University). He has graduated from the Directors Education Program (UofT) and holds an ICD.D designation. Dr. Meikle serves on the Humber River Hospital (North America’s first completely digital hospital) Board of Directors and two committees: the Quality Assurance Committee and the Governance and Nominating Committee.
