It’s our pleasure to have returning guest in studio today with us, Ms Suzan Damas, author of Green Banana Cookbook, a native of Tanzania beneath the Majestic Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa. She’s here today to talk about some of her health advice, especially as it pertains to green bananas and some recipes in her book, and also about some of her experiences as far as her health since coming to the United States and before.
