Heidi E Godoy, DO, Gynecologic Oncologist Dr.Godoy has been providing Gynecologic Oncology care to women since 2012 at Women’s Cancer Care Association in Albany, New York and at Health Quest Medical Practice in Poughkeepsie, New York. She is devoted to addressing the individual needs and demands of patients in a warm and caring environment while utilizing the latest technology for diagnosis as well as medical and surgical treatment. She specializes in Advanced Gynecologic Surgery, Minimally Invasive Surgery including Robotic Surgery, Chemotherapy Treatment and Palliative Care.A native of Long Island, Dr. Godoy is a graduate of Cornell University receiving her Bachelor of Science. After receiving her medical degree at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Godoy completed her training and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Georgetown University Hospital. She further advanced her training at an ACGME accredited fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, New York. Dr. Godoy is a member of four scientific and professional societies including the Society of Gynecologic Oncologist. She continues to publish in peer-reviewed journals, serves as a guest lecturer and is Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator on multiple Research and Clinical Trials. Dr. Godoy lives in Voorheesville with her family. She serves as Director of Gynecology Oncology, Co-Director of the Robotics Committee at Vassar Brother Medical Center, and is a member of the Robotics Committee at St. Peter’s Hospital.
