Lindsay Davis is a former Miss Ohio, actress, and HCM patient and advocate. As a young girl, Lindsay dreamed of becoming a professional ballerina. But after frequently experiencing fatigue, a rapid heartbeat and not being able to catch her breath, she eventually collapsed after a ballet class and was rushed to the Cleveland Clinic where she was diagnosed with HCM at the age of 17. While Lindsay had to give up ballet, she was able to channel her creativity and energy in new ways, including becoming an HCM advocate.
