As an associate professor of medicine (nephrology) at Yale School of Medicine, Dr. Dahl is especially interested in adult-onset autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD), which causes patients to develop cysts on their kidneys that can consume the organ, changing its structure and inhibiting function.
