Hannah Stanley: I’m Hannah Stanley on Health Professional Radio, and this is segment three of three discussing the benefits of incorporating chiropractic into a patient’s care plan. All right, I’m a big stair faller. I don’t know why. I can’t go a month without sliding or slipping down a set of stairs where I’m trying to catch myself, and torquing all kinds of things into and out of alignment, so to speak.

What I had realised after I had fallen down the steps at my parents’ house probably for the … I don’t know … we’ll say tenth time, even though I’m sure it was more, was that allowing myself to relax after that injury occurred and let those muscles go back to where they were, I recovered more quickly. It was when I tried to jump up and go, “No, I’m fine”, that those muscles seized where they were.
