Guest Bio: Antony Bell is the CEO of Leader Development Inc. (LDI), and the creator of the LDI Leadership Framework™, an integrated, comprehensive approach now widely applied by both individuals and organizations because of its ability to make sense of leadership and remove the confusion around leadership.  He is the author of Great Leadership: What It Is and What It Takes in a Complex World and The Clock Tower (a story about the Leadership Framework™).  With Dr. Denis A. Cortese, MD, former CEO of Mayo Clinic, he recently co-authored Rescuing Healthcare—a Leadership Prescription to Make Healthcare What We All Want it to Be.  He earned his Bachelor’s in economics and business from Loughborough University of Technology in the UK and his Masters in European Community Law and Business Institutions from the Institute of Higher European Studies at the University of Strasbourg in France.  He also served for eight years as the board chairman for the National Institute for Learning Development.
