Neal Howard: Hello. You’re listening to Health Professional Radio. I’m your host Neal Howard. Our guest today in the studio this evening is Suzanne Schlosberg. Suzanne is an author of the book called Quit Smoking for Life: A Simple, Proven 5-Step Plan. I’m sure many of us have friends, family members – or maybe we smoke ourselves. We realise just how difficult it may be to stop smoking. You may have been doing it your whole life. You may be a new smoker or maybe a young smoker, and you find yourself with what they used to call a “monkey on your back” as far as nicotine is concerned. Suzanne is here today to talk with us a little bit about how we can get cigarettes out of our lives forever. How are you doing today, Suzanne?
