Rajasi Mills is an experienced technical leader with over 25 years of experience in digital strategy, connectivity, and application development. She has been successful in implementing web and mobile digital platforms, enabling analytics and insight-driven decisions, and has been instrumental in driving efficiency and quality by establishing global agile teams, partnerships, and integration approaches.

Rajasi joined Sleep Number in August 2020 as a member of the Sleep IQ Health team. Prior to joining the company, she worked in product development at LifeScan and Johnson & Johnson. She’s also held systems engineering roles, where she has led software engineering and technical operations for digital product portfolios and more.

Rajasi received a Master of Science in engineering, with a concentration in systems engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Drexel University.
