Guest Bio: Sarah has worked at the Alzheimer’s Australia since early 2013, where she worked as a Support Services Advisor. In this role, Sarah provides support to people living with dementia and their carers through support programs such as the National Dementia Helpline, Carer Support Groups, the Living With Memory Loss Program and other carer education. Following her return from maternity leave in 2015, she took on a role with the Younger Onset Dementia Key Worker Program. This program has allowed her to work closely with families and people living with dementia under the age of 65 to provide individualised information and advice and linkages into appropriate support services.
