Dr. Patel is a practicing Internal Medicine physician with Montgomery Physicians Associates in Montgomery, Texas. Prior to his current practice, Dr. Patel served as a physician and a member of the Board of Managers for the Sadler Clinic in Conroe, Texas. He practiced in Cincinnati as a hospital physician for two years before returning to his home city of Houston, where he has been in practice with a multi-specialty group for several years. Dr. Patel has participated in a number of physician participation partnerships and healthcare entities, including the Solara LTAC, Reliant Rehab, Forney Assisted Living, Aspire Psychiatric Hospital, Bay Area Medical Center, Cobalt Rehab, Shepard Madison Assisted Living, Woodlands Vascular Center, Veracare Hospice and Amada Care Katy. Dr. Patel graduated cum laude from Houston Baptist University and is a 2002 graduate of Ross University School of Medicine.
